Key activities

  • Define ICP (industry, size, typical problems, budget band)
  • Identify channels: referrals, LinkedIn, communities, partnerships, inbound website
  • Create a weekly outreach target and tracking cadence
  • Log every lead in CRM/pipeline with source and notes

  • Leads are logged with: company, contact, source, problem hint, status
  • Consistent weekly pipeline movement (new leads + follow-ups)
