Objective: Build a steady flow of potential clients that match Jaspire AI's ideal customer profile.
Key activities
- Define ICP (industry, size, typical problems, budget band)
- Identify channels: referrals, LinkedIn, communities, partnerships, inbound website
- Create a weekly outreach target and tracking cadence
- Log every lead in CRM/pipeline with source and notes
Success criteria
- Leads are logged with: company, contact, source, problem hint, status
- Consistent weekly pipeline movement (new leads + follow-ups)

2) Initial Contact¶
Objective: Start a conversation and qualify interest.
