Team Onboarding

🧠 Goal: a new team member can understand how Jaspire works within their first week, without needing a live walkthrough for everything.

New Team Member Checklist

• Read Company Strategy (Vision, Mission, Values, Business Model, ICP)
• Read Brand & Marketing (voice, tone, dos/don'ts)
• Read this Knowledge Base in full, and the Technical Knowledge Base if working on delivery/engineering
• Access provisioned: repos, docs, communication tools, secrets manager
• Shadow one client-facing call or review one project handover doc
• Assigned a buddy/owner for first 2 weeks of questions

First Project Guidance

• Start by reading the project's README and latest handover/status doc before writing any code.
• Ask "what's the success metric?" before "what's the tech stack?"
• When in doubt on standards, default to what's written here — raise a proposal to change the SOP rather than silently deviating.
