TODOs & Known Gaps¶
A consolidated list of unfilled placeholders, unwritten assets, and open decisions found across this OKF bundle, gathered by reading every .md file in the repo. This is a tracking document, not an OKF concept file — it carries no frontmatter and isn't part of the concept graph.
⚠️ Per CLAUDE.md's governance rules: nothing here should be filled in on your own initiative. This list exists so gaps are visible, not so an agent fills them in unprompted — only act on an item when the user actually asks for it.
1. Stale Documentation (Needs a Correction)¶
- CLAUDE.md's "Known gaps" section still claims Discovery Call Questionnaire, Proposal Template, Client Onboarding Checklist, and Objection Handling Guide are unwritten placeholder stubs. They're all fully built — confirmed in Foundational Playbook Review, Phase 5. Needs a
fix(okf)commit to remove the stale claim.
2. Unfilled Placeholders¶
Root — README Quick Links: Website, Domain registrar (jaspire.in), Hosting/deployment platform, Business email provider, GitHub repositories, Client CRM, Finance records, Legal documents — all [Insert link].
Technical Knowledge Base → Tools & Tech Stack: repo/org naming convention, project & task tracking tool, communication tool, client CRM, secrets management, deployment/hosting, LLM provider(s), embeddings provider, vector DB, orchestration tool, experiment tracking tool — all [Insert ...].
Brand & Marketing → Marketing Assets Checklist: all 10 assets unchecked (logo, favicon, social profile images, LinkedIn banner, email signature, proposal template, case study template, one-pager/company overview PDF, pitch deck, business card), and the owner/status/link Notes table is entirely empty.
Brand & Marketing → Brand Guide: Logo Usage section is a placeholder — no logo files, variations, clear-space unit, or minimum size defined yet.
3. Explicitly Unwritten SOPs & Templates¶
All referenced from Sales Process Overview, marked (to be created):
- SOP: Lead sources & outreach
- Template: Lead capture notes
- Template: Initial outreach email
- Template: Quick qualification questions
- SOP: Needs assessment workflow
- SOP: Negotiation checklist
- Template: SOW / MSA
4. Missing Targets¶
Sales Process Overview KPI table — no starting targets set for: Discovery → Proposal conversion rate, Proposal → Close conversion rate, Average sales cycle length, # qualified leads per week.
5. Missing Sections¶
-
business_and_ops/— referenced from README's Pages list but doesn't exist yet (noted as a known gap in CLAUDE.md). - No backing system chosen yet for internal state tracking (projects, decisions, content calendar, goals, tasks, contacts & leads) — ties to the project & task tracking tool placeholder in Tools & Tech Stack.
6. Empty Living Logs¶
- Research & Insights — every table (market research, competitor analysis, industry trends, AI tech updates, client feedback, lessons learned) has no entries yet.
7. Open Strategic Decisions¶
Surfaced in Foundational Playbook — Review & Self-Check Worklog; each is a real, actionable gap rather than a personal/founder-only question (those are intentionally not tracked here — see that document's Phase 1).
- Niche selection — Ideal Customer Profile lists 9 candidate industries but hasn't narrowed to one. This is the single most load-bearing open item: it blocks the value proposition, offer naming, the positioning sentence, channel/content targeting, and launch-announcement wording. See Phase 2.
- 12-month measurable success number — not defined anywhere in the bundle. See Phase 1.
- Payment-milestone default policy — Proposal Template has per-engagement placeholders only; no standing default split (e.g. 30/40/30) is documented in Business Model. See Phase 4.
- Pricing-floor / P&L artifact — no financial model exists anywhere in the bundle (ties to the Finance records placeholder in section 2). See Phase 4.
- "Timing" objection missing — Objection Handling Guide covers price, no-data, AI-fit uncertainty, prior-vendor trust, and build-in-house, but not a prospect saying "not the right time." See Phase 5.
- No lead magnet defined — Business Model only has a paid AI opportunity assessment; no free top-of-funnel asset exists to feed it. See Phase 6.
- Content Strategy channel scope — Content Strategy commits to 4 simultaneous channels (LinkedIn, blog, newsletter, case studies), against the playbook's advice to focus on 1–2 pre-clients. Undecided whether that's deliberate. See Phase 6.
- Content pillars not tagged by AIDA stage — Content Strategy's 9 pillars aren't mapped to awareness/interest/consideration/action. See Phase 6.
- Positioning differentiators read as baseline, not differentiated — Company Overview's "What Makes Us Different" table (trust, clarity, practicality, etc.) likely fails the playbook's Opposite Test; candidate for sharpening once niche/outcome are locked. See Phase 3.
- No case study or testimonial-request template — Marketing Assets Checklist's case study item is unchecked, and no testimonial-request template (with guided questions) exists. See Phase 3 and Phase 9.
- No founding-client discount policy — Business Model's Pricing Philosophy doesn't mention a first-client/case-study-trade discount structure. See Phase 9.
- No launch-announcement template — unlike the fully-built sales assets, nothing exists for announcing Jaspire to an existing network. See Phase 9.
